Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Allecomm ("the Agency") for e-commerce development services, or by accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

The Agency provides e-commerce development on platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, and Squarespace. The specific deliverables for your project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).

• Any work requested outside the original SOW will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
• The Agency is not responsible for platform-side downtime or third-party app failures.

3. Payment & Pricing

Client agrees to pay the fees outlined in the chosen plan. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start all custom projects. Invoices unpaid after 14 days may result in a temporary suspension of development.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the Client owns the visual design and content of the store. However, the Agency retains the right to use the project in our portfolio for marketing purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Agency shall not be liable for any loss of revenue, data, or profit resulting from the use of our services or any technical issues arising from the chosen e-commerce platform.
